Conducting Study Feasibility

Study success depends considerably on the successful conduct of feasibility prior to the selection of sites. The Paratus team has a wide range of experience having conducted feasibility studies across many regions and many therapy areas.

By conducting in-depth trial specific feasibility for many Phase II-IV clinical trials, we help our clients in planning ahead and formulating realistic forecasts. Our trustworthy feasibility will help pharmaceutical, biotech companies and CROs have a realistic picture of timeline and budget for their clinical trial. Our feasibility assessment will reflect the capabilities from each of our sites, based on a given protocol.

Paratus understands the importance of feasibility in ensuring the successful study delivery.

Patient Recruitment and Retention

We understand that clinical research depends on fast patient recruitment. At Paratus Clinical we take a very proactive approach to patient recruitment and retention.

During the feasibility and start-up phase our recruitment team begins to develop a Recruitment/Retention Plan in conjunction with the team at the site.

Each trial is considered individually and bespoke strategies employed – from searching large patient databases, media advertising, community outreach and Doctor referral.

Once initiated our Recruitment team will work closely with each participating site to operationalise the Recruitment Plan. We have an experienced and centralised call team who will receive in-bound calls from marketing / advertising and outbound calls to potential participants identified during database searches or doctor referral.

Our Recruitment services can be offered as a standalone service offering.
