Developed in collaboration with leading clinicians and academics, Professor Paul Fitzgerald and Associate Professor Bernadette Fitzgibbon, the Northcote facility integrates advanced psychiatric research into a community based setting. Purpose designed therapy suites support trials involving psychedelic assisted therapy and other novel protocols for mental health care. This allows for delivery of innovative psychiatric studies within a safe, controlled, and well supported environment.
Paratus Clinical Melbourne Northcote, located just north of Melbourne’s CBD, operates from a newly refurbished, purpose built facility with excellent public transport access, including Westgarth Station just 700 metres away. Situated in the City of Darebin, a diverse and rapidly growing community, the site ensures efficient recruitment across various trial areas. The site supports clinical trials in chronic disease, preventative health, lifestyle conditions, and healthy volunteer vaccine studies, with purpose built consultation rooms and strong infrastructure for ongoing patient engagement and follow up.
