This approximately 46-week Phase 2 clinical research trial is evaluating an investigational treatment to better understand its safety and effectiveness in adults aged 18–75 living with chronic kidney disease (CKD) and high uric acid levels. Researchers are assessing whether the investigational treatment may help lower uric acid levels and support kidney health over time. Participants will attend approximately 11 study visits, including clinic and telephone follow-up visits, and complete regular health checks throughout the study
